Drawing from many years as a Therapist, Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Teacher, I delight in helping people find balance and fulfillment in their lives. With mindfulness as my foundation, my interest is in teaching you how to slow down and relax into your life with an enhanced sense of  clarity, happiness and well-being. As you move beyond blocks, fears and habit, you will find a sense of peace where you are able to reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are.

As a Wellness Counselor and Retreat Leader, I have integrated being a Clinical Social Worker, Certified Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher into my programs which include retreats, classes, support groups and private sessions.  I am able to draw from an extensive toolbox, including Yoga wisdom and breathing exercises, Buddhist meditation practices, psychology, stress reduction, clinical hypnosis and relaxation techniques.
