Perhaps you are going through a life transition, healing from illness or loss, or perhaps you are simply world-weary and needing to replenish yourself. You might also be on a journey toward increased self-awareness and spiritual discovery and looking for tools and support to move you forward in your quest.
The Sautee & Nacoochee Valleys in the N. Georgia mountains provide the perfect setting for your time away. When you’re ready, I invite you to step away from the hectic pace of your everyday life …to slow down and give yourself the time and space to breathe, rest, reflect and renew.
Steps for Planning Your Retreat:
Pick your dates and then be in touch with me so that we can talk further to make sure my skills fit your needs and that my schedule will accommodate the dates and the number of hours you’d like to spend with me.
I’m happy to have recently partnered with Elohee Retreat Center, a beautiful sanctuary just around the corner from where I live and work. You’re invited to stay at the center in gorgeous accommodations on a mountaintop complete with a natural pond and hot tub, miles of hiking trails ad spa and farm-to-table freshly prepared meals. I will meet with you there for sessions that we design for your specific needs prior to your arrival. Depending on your room choice, an average all-inclusive week-end retreat with 3 hour-long sessions with me would cost between $550 and $700. The Center is available on many week-ends and some extended stays depending on availability.
Or…Option 2: You may choose a nearby place to stay such as a B & B or cabin rental and meet with me at my office for our time together.
The area offers a variety of outings and activities such as galleries and concerts, spas, horseback riding, river rafting, hikes, walks and waterfall visits for those who prefer a more active experience. The amount of solitude you desire is up to you.
Though your retreat may be any length of time from one day to a week or more (that’s up to you), a typical week-long retreat might include 5 or 6 sessions with me interspersed with your quiet times, perhaps massage therapy or hikes/walks, time on the lakes or rivers or visiting waterfalls. There are three excellent places to dine within walking distance of my office, as well as several others nearby.
