$95 per 55-minute session for psychotherapy/counseling , hypnotherapy or coaching in my office.

$45 per 30-minute session for counseling/psychotherapy by phone, email or Skype.

$80 per 45-minute single Coaching session by phone or skype.

$200 per month for 3, 45-minute coaching sessions (either in person, phone or skype)

*note - coaching seems most effective when approached on a month-to-month schedule so consider the 3 session option in a one-month framework.While there is no "contract" in our partnership, I suggest that you set an intention for at least 3 months in the coaching process so that we will have adequate time to plan, inquire, deepen and see results. I will also provide 3 or 4 short email and/or phone support sessions per month where you may contact me if you come to a rough spot or if you want to share an accomplishment.

Stress Reduction Sessions, Ayurvedic Nutrition Counseling, Individual Yoga, Yoga Therapy,T'ai Chi or Qi Gong sessions are offered at $75/hr.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available for those who are financially challenged. Please let me know and we can discuss further.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I currently accept Magellen/Blue Cross-Blue Shield, United Health, and Medicare. For most other companies, I am an out-of-network provider and will accept payment before or at each session. I will provide a monthly invoice for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
